“Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.” — Buddha

Life is all about making memories and enjoying the moment in which we are in. We need to live the present moment fully by acknowledging everything. We must learn to cherish each little moment as seeing everything as it is, without any prejudices and biases, as children do. The little moments hold the greatest treasure. Like, dancing in the rain, watching the butterflies, smelling the fresh flowers, counting the stars. We always set ourselves on a journey of finding the missing pieces but little did we know, life itself is a complete package. There will be ups and downs, there will be turmoil but always remember everything is sent to you so to find the true value of everything. And that perfect meaning is itself a unique thing.

“Life gives you plenty of time to do whatever you want to do if you stay in the present moment.” — Deepak Chopra

Living the life to the fullest just means enjoying and relishing each little moments without complaining and by being satisfied fully. And the process should be a reward to you and not the outcome. Suppose you want to be a painter, learn to enjoy the moment when you are actually involved with your art and never try to postpone it by thinking when your art will be sold in an auction you will be happy. When you learn living this way, you already had learnt to seize the moment and cherish the moments without the need of any fruitification. This is how your life gets elevated.

Always try to involve as many senses as you can while performing any task, be it smell, sight, sound, taste and feel. Once you start involving your senses you start becoming more conscious and aware of it. True happiness is when you actually perform the task as if you are meditating. Without any stress over the past and anxiety over future.
