EXERCISE- It is an activity which helps our body move and hence increase the circulation and oxygen level in our blood. It can be anything. Doing exercise has a lots of benefits. Exercise not only gives physical stamina but provide mental strength as well. During exercise, our body releases endorphins, i.e, happy hormones. It triggers a positive feeling. It is also effective in combating stress. It also improve sleep which in turn cures many diseases. There are ample of benefits of doing exercises.  Just 20 minutes of daily intense exercise can cure various ailments.  It also releases dopamine which can help a person who is recovering from addiction.

 

MEDITATION-Begin your day with meditation. When we wake up, our brain is at theta brain wave. It brings mental clarity and peace. It also helps in combating stress. It also increases awareness level. Doing meditation for 20 minutes a day can give you ample of benefits. It not only reduces negative emotions but helps in building positive one. It also minimizes the risk of various age related mental disorder. It no longer remained a spiritual aspect, rather it has became mandatory in this chaotic world. It must be included in our daily life in order to live emotionally  balanced life.

JOURNALLING- It is a method in which we spill out our emotions in paper. It not only makes our mind free from stress but provides clarity. It can be of different types depending upon your needs and feasibility. You  can begin your day by writing 3 things which you are grateful for. It can be anything, just write it down. Once you do this you will feel abundant. When you start being grateful, you attract more of it. It will also fill your heart with happiness as one can’t be sad or hurtful by being thankful. There is no hard and fast rule for it. Everyone has their own way of jotting down their emotions and feelings. Your thoughts and words should be in harmony while doing this,  that is it!! Make a to do list. Whatever you want to do, set your priority and work towards it. It is just helpful to set your priorities before hand and then work for it. It is actually needed so that you don’t rush and work towards your goal. Break your goal into achievable mini goals. Set your to do list the day before going to bed , this is going to provide clarity and a reminder of what should be done. This will make your work easy.  Always try to finish the difficult task in the beginning of the day. Set your priority on the basis of what must be done. It helps your brain in forming alignment of what is to be done and what you are doing right now. 


AFFIRMATION & VISUALISATION- Whatever you want, affirm it. Say it positively and visualize it. Whatever you want just create a thought that you already have it and feel that with all your emotions. Try to indulge all your senses into it. Try to include smell, taste ,feelings, sound  and pictures. As our brain works that way. It actually can’t differentiate between imagination and reality. So, whatever you want to make happen, think you already have it and you will end up having it. You just have to believe it firmly.

READING- You are what  you see, hear and read. So whatever material you are feeding, choose it wisely. Begin your day with feeding yourself something  positive material. Reading self help books can do wonders. When you wake up your brain, your brain is at theta brain wave, so whatever you will hear or read, it is going to be engrooved into your Subconscious mind. So, read something positive, it is not only going to uplift your day but your entire life. You are ultimately the product of whatever you consume. So, make sure to absorb knowledge from the sources which will make you wise.
